Did you set some goals for 2018?

Start with daily disciplines. Small things. Pick one thing and do it daily. One thing. Like take your vitamins or do five sit-ups, or read a book for five minutes. Whatever. Just pick ONE thing and do it every day, for seven days.

“It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” ~Confucius

  • Then, do it every week. Setting a weekly objective helps break a big goal down to achievable bite-size pieces.

“Keep your eyes on the stars, and your feet on the ground.” ~Theodore Roosevelt

  • Dreaming is good. But watch where you’re walking.

  •  And just keep going.
