Words Matter

Words Matter

“Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity.” ~ Yehuda Berg

I wanted to write something new and insightful and brilliant about communication this week.

And then I can came across the quote below, new to me, and brilliant in content and construction. I offer it for your own insights.

“Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity.

We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair.

Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.” ~Yehuda Berg

Hard to improve on that.

So, I’ll leave you with this:

Watch what you say today, and every day. I still remember words uttered and heard decades ago, don’t you?

Because words matter.

Whether thought, spoken or acted upon, they matter.

And their effects can last a lifetime.

Helping businesses build their people

If your people have the skills to communicate more effectively, they can connect more authentically and thus collaborate more productively. On the job—and in life.

Communication, Connection, and Collaboration—the three “C’s”—are the cornerstones of all successful businesses.

Our experiential learning and coaching combines these three essential components with real-world application by heightening self-awareness, enhancing emotional intelligence (EQ), and reinforcing accountability so that your people can become better communicators and self-managers.

We’ve been driving new kinds of conversations for over 20 years. Clear, confident, congruent conversations that generate change. The kind of conversations that create real collaboration. The kind that build your business—and your character.
