I Wonder…

I Wonder…

“Curiosity is, in great and generous minds, the first passion and the last.” ~Samuel Johnson

Having just spent a week with my two year old grandson, I am reminded of the positive payoffs of curiosity.

It’s an attitude of openness and accessibility that initiates learning and underscores collaboration.

And if one is truly curious, it produces an internal experience of wonder; we even use the word to describe it:

“I wonder what this does?”

“I wonder how that works?”

“I wonder what will happen if I do/say this?”

Wonder contains not an ounce of worry.  There’s no room; it is pushed aside by delight.

Curiosity –> Wonder –> Delight

It’s a natural progression.

And a valuable perspective to remember at anytime.

Or even all the time.

Resilience: It’s Not About Bouncing Back

The power of resilience within organizations can transform an average company into a powerhouse. Yet, even in times of rapid disruptive change, there is no manual for building resilient organizations. This book is that manual.

“If you  want to build more resilience intentionally—personally and professionally—read this book.
